With cycling growing more popular each day there is a need for servicing your bike.

If you cycle regularly (daily commuting or a few times a week for leisure) then you really need to be getting your bike serviced twice a year. If you are riding less frequently then one good service a year should do it.

We can carry out anything from a puncture repair to a complete rebuild. Where additional work may be required that was not noticed at check in stage, we will call you/text you with a full quote prior to work beginning, this insures you get a realistic price and not a guesstimate and that you don't keel over with the shock when you come in to collect the bike!

Wayne is our Workshop Manager and has been working in the bike industry over 20 years. He is one of the only mechanics in the country to hold a Cytech 3 and UBI qualification. His attention to detail is exceptional and he likes all his bikes to leave the shop running "Buttery Smooth".

Currently, we use a first in first out approach for our service centre. This means that we don't take booking for bike servicing. The bike needs to be dropped into Cycleplus so we can access the work that is needed, how long it will take, if spare parts are required and the estimated cost. If the bike is left with us at this stage, it will then secure time on our schedule. In off Season, we try to turn around all our service bikes between 1-3 days. In the busier summer months this can extend to 3-5 days. If replacement parts need to be ordered for a repair this could take longer.
